What is Matcha?

It is the finest tea in the world. It is essentially a finely ground powder from green tea leaves. 

What are its differences from the rest?

 The leaves need shade to increase chlorophyll levels. As chlorophyll levels increase, the production of an amino acid, L-Theanine, also increases. After harvesting, the leaves must go through a sterilization process.
