You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To return an item, it must be in perfect condition with the special markings (on the box and sealed) and the order receipt.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired physical possession of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Once we have received your withdrawal statement, we will send you confirmation of receipt.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

Specifically:

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (except for defective products)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us in its original packaging after notifying us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (either by you or by a third party designated by you).

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Place the product you wish to return in secure packaging, as it is essential that the product being returned is in the same perfect condition as when you received it, i.e. it must not have been damaged or worn, it must retain the special markings (packaging/box) that accompanied it, and it must not have been used.
  2. Send an email with your full name, order number, and the date you received the product to info@fox4health.gr or by registered mail to the address Pythagora 81, Korydallos 181 20, explicitly stating that you are withdrawing from the transaction and returning the product (within 14 calendar days of receiving the product).
  3. Call the branch of the courier company "EASY MAIL» that suits you, so that the parcel can be delivered to our warehouse at the following address  Pythagora 81, Korydallos 181 20The return shipping costs for your order amount to a preferential rate of €3, provided that you choose the courier company we work with (otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the return shipping costs). The return costs will be charged upon receipt of the new parcel. In the event of a new return within the same order, the costs are borne solely by you and their amount depends on the carrier you choose.

Provided that the above conditions are met, we will immediately proceed with the refund of your money or exchange the product for another one if you wish, after receiving and examining the package.

At this point, we would like to inform you that any change/ replacement of a product, as well as the refund process, will take place after the product you return has undergone our quality control process to ensure that it is in its original condition and has its special markings (box).

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. You must send the product back or deliver it to the above address without delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you notified us that you are withdrawing from the sale.

  1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

FOX4HEALTH makes every effort to ensure the excellent quality of the products it sells. However, if the product you received is defective or the product you received is not what you ordered, you should follow these steps:

  2. Return the product you want in secure packaging.
  3. Contact our online store's customer service department by email at info@fox4health.gr , to declare your withdrawal from the contract due to a defective product (within 14 calendar days of receiving the product).

Then, call the courier company's branch.EASY MAIL» that suits you, so that the parcel can be delivered to our warehouse at the following address Pythagora 81, Korydallos 181 20FOX4HEALTH will cover the cost of returning your order due to a defective product, provided that you choose the courier company we work with (otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the return shipping costs).

You must return the product or deliver it to the above address without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you notified us that you are withdrawing from the sale due to a defective product.

We will need 3-5 business days from receipt of the return to process the product. Once the product has been inspected, you will receive an informational email. Your refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of the date we receive your return.

If a defect is found during quality control of the returned product, the company must return the package to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.

  1. REFUND PROCEDURE

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Cash on delivery: The amount will be refunded to the account you specified on the return form.

Payment by credit or debit card / PayPal: The amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card.

The refund includes any payment we have received from you, including delivery costs (if you have been charged for them).

We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

  1. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If you would prefer to have the product replaced rather than receive a refund, you can request this either by sending us an email (using the procedure described above) or by calling the e-shop Customer Service Department at tel. 2150000580 (charged according to your provider's pricing policy). In this case, you must inform us which product you would like to replace it with.
