Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for Sales and Delivery.
These Terms and Conditions apply to visitors (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) to our product website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any product from the Site. You will be bound by these Terms and Conditions if you expressly agree to them when placing an order for purchase from our Site.

І. Products and Prices
You can find a description of the basic features and capabilities of the products on the product page of this Website.
The prices of the products listed on this Website are final and include all applicable taxes. The prices of the products may change before placing an order without notice to the Customers. Customers agree to pay the current price at the time of placing the order.
II. Orders
You can only place orders online, and only through this Website. To place your order you need to fill in all the mandatory blank fields in the order form, which are marked with the symbol (*). The types of data collected by this Website are the following: Name and Surname, Telephone Number, Full Address (City, Zip Code, Street and Administrative Region) and E-mail. Any personal information you provide to this Website, from which you can be identified, is stored securely and confidentially and is processed fairly and lawfully, in compliance with our Privacy Policy and Article 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). This Website takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of your personal information, including encrypting your information based on industry standards.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation message at the email address you provided. Receiving the confirmation email means that your order has been accepted by our system and is ready for delivery. Please reply to that email in case you would like to cancel your order and/or make changes regarding the order and/or delivery. However, regardless of whether you have received the confirmation email, and as part of our anti-fraud system, we reserve the right for our call center representatives to call you after you have placed your order in case they need any clarifications and/or to request your confirmation of the order and/or details regarding the delivery of the products.
By placing an order on our Website and expressly declaring your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you guarantee that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Customers must provide a valid phone number, E-mail and address and pay the value of the products they ordered during the visit of the transport company in order to be able to accept them. Customers must not make false orders, do not make false product reviews and do not provide other false information.
III. Payment method
All orders need to be paid for by Cash on Delivery to the carrier upon the carrier's visit at the time of delivery. We currently do not accept credit/debit cards and/or other electronic payment methods. In terms of data collection, our Website does not collect any Customer information related to payments.
IV. Delivery
Ordered products are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order. When the product is not available, we must inform you within the period indicated on this page. We are not responsible for delays in orders caused by the shipping company, due to incorrect delivery details (address, phone number) provided by Customers, as well as due to other force majeure.
V. Use of the Website
We are required to strictly follow the Data Protection Act which exists to protect our customers' information for delivery of orders to the specified delivery address within the agreed period. We use a special encryption algorithm to protect the personal data provided to us. We store the data in a special format which is mathematically proven to be uncrackable.
We may not deliver the ordered products if incorrect delivery details have been provided, such as an incorrect address and/or telephone number.
We are not responsible for the information specified by the manufacturer of the products.
VI. Warranty
Customers covered by Warranty can benefit from any of the following options:
7-Day Damaged on Arrival Warranty
If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact our Customer Support and you may claim your item as damaged on arrival, defective on arrival and/or damaged on arrival (DOA) within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you return the item to the address provided by our Customer Support, we can send you a new item free of charge.
To qualify for a DOA request, Customers must do the following:
- – Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
- – Send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging.
- – Sending proof of payment/receipt of the sender.
- – Product returns must be made using one of the accepted shipping methods – our Customer Support can provide you with additional details.
- – After we receive the product and confirm that the product is defective, we will send you a new product and the return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you based on a valid return receipt. However, if our technical team assesses that the item is not DOA, we will not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
6 months Repair Warranty
The default warranty period is 6 months starting from the date you receive the products, during which you are entitled to free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed by the manufacturer.
To be eligible for the 6-month Repair Warranty, Customers must do the following:
- – Contact our Customer Support no later than 6 months after delivery.
- – The products you claim must not have visible breakage or damage from any external cause, must not have been opened, modified or scratched, must not have been repaired and must be returned with their original packaging and all parts and accessories that accompanied the product when purchased. If the Customer has damaged/mishandled the product/products, then he/she will not be entitled to a free repair, however, Customers may return the product at their own expense and pay a fee for the repair. In such a case, the return cost will be borne by the Customer.
- – Proof of payment/carrier receipt is necessary for the request to be valid.
- – Product returns must be made via one of the shipping methods we accept – our Customer Support can provide you with more details.
- – Customers must pay the shipping cost to return the item, while we will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired item back to the Customer.
Before activating any of the above warranty options, please use the troubleshooting tips that accompany the product's User Guide.
VII. Returns and Compensation
Returns are accepted on specific products after telephone consultation.
To be eligible for a refund and compensation, Customers need to do the following:

- – Products MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.
- – They must provide a proof of payment/receipt from the carrier.
- – Product returns must be made via one of our approved shipping methods – our Customer Support can provide you with further information.
- – Customers must pay the shipping costs for returning the products.
- – Refunds are only possible via bank transfer. Customers need to send us their full bank details (Name, Bank Account Number, SWIFT Code, Bank Name) so that we can process the transfer of the compensation.
VIII. Complaints
This Website takes all feedback seriously and aims to handle complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
For complaints regarding orders placed through the Website please email our Customer Support using the details provided on the relevant Contact page. To assist us in handling your complaint, please provide details of the complaint in all respects, your order number and your contact details.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time, while the general terms to which the customer agrees when placing the order remain in effect. Please monitor the Terms and Conditions for any changes.
The Site may contain typographical errors, or other errors and inaccuracies, and may not be complete or up-to-date. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to process any orders you may place based on information on the Site that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or information that is no longer valid regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms and return policies.
