Payment Methods

The FOX4HEALTH online store offers three payment methods for your order (payment methods cannot be combined for the same order):

CASH ON DELIVERY (GREECE)

In this case, payment for your order will be made upon delivery by EASY MAIL, and you will be charged a €4 cash on delivery fee for shipments within Greece.

CASH ON DELIVERY (CYPRUS)

In this case, payment for your order will be made upon delivery by the company. 4A Express and you will be charged €4 for cash on delivery for shipments within Cyprus.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

The FOX4HEALTH online store accepts the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express. For payments made with debit cards or American Express, the charge will be made in real time. Transactions on our e-shop are completely secure.

PAYPAL

To complete your purchase via PayPal, select this payment method and click on "Confirm payment." You will then be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to make your payment.

BANK DEPOSIT

To make the payment via bank deposit, you can select our account below to which you can deposit the amount as it will have appeared upon completion of your order.

The customer will be responsible for all bank transaction fees.

You must indicate your full name and purchase code in the deposit details, exactly as it was entered when the order was placed. The order will only be shipped if we receive the deposit.

Once you have made the deposit, you must definitely inform us by calling us at 2150000580 or by sending us an e-mail (info@fox4health.gr) with your name, order number, total amount as well as the date and bank where you made the deposit.

The deposit must be made within three (3) business days from the date of order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited within this period, your order will be canceled.

Safety

At FOX4HEALTH, the security of online purchases is fundamental. All transactions are carried out via secure payment systems and confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank.

We use SSL certificates for online transaction security: Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey.
